Nicky Whelan

Nicky Whelan (born 10 May 1981) is an Australian actress and model. The actress gained fame in Australia for her role as Pepper Steiger which she played in the soap drama Neighbors in a series of ten episodes that aired between 2006 and 2007. In Hollywood the actress began her career with two distinct projects. The first was Hollywood & Wine where she was a young and hopeful actress. When she was offered the role of Maya in Scrubs where she portrayed an extremely hot medical student. The show is then abruptly stopped. After that, she continued filming the Farrelly Brothers comedy Good to Shoot, which starred Jason Sudeikis and Owen Wilson. Then she was in B-series movies and series shorts. Her 2013 was marked by greater exposure. She was featured on six episodes of Franklin and Bash and landed her first ever regular part, in Chosen. Milo Ventimiglia played the lead. The show also features her as Chad Michael Murray's response in the series' first and second seasons. Following that, she followed up with supporting roles in two fantastic feature films that were set in planes One was a TV film for SyFy network Flight 7500: One Way Back with a cast of actors from television series as well as the action film Le Chaos, carried by Nicolas Cage. The role she plays is that of a flight assistant. She shares the poster of the new show on TV, Matador, together with Gabriel Luna. The duration of the season of this action thriller created by Robert Rodriguez, wherein actors assume the role as CIA Agents, is thirteen episodes. The pilot for another show that hasn't been successful, is still in development. In the year 2015, she posted posters for the B Series romantic comedy Borrowed Moments along with Brian Krause. In the same year, she starred as a character in Witness for Rent wearing Kevin Hart Josh Gad Kaoco. The novel Knight of Cups, directed by Terrence Malick, was released widely. She has a role in five scenes of Satisfaction.
