Through her next three albums, Red (2012) 1989 (2004) and Reputation (2017) and Reputation, the popularity of Swift grew, and she found herself in a music scene in which it became clear she was a part of. Her popularity grew even after she reformulated her approach by releasing 2020's streamlined folklore (and Evermore) and stayed atop of the pop world.
